METHOD FOR PRODUCING AN ENRICHED EXTRACT FROM VITIS VINIFERA L. LEAVES.

The application relates to a method for producing an extract from Vitis vinifera L. leaves, having the following steps: a) preparing a drug from Vitis vinifera L. leaves; b) extracting the drug with an eluent selected from water and mixtures of water and alcohol, thereby obtaining a raw extract; c) separating the raw extract from the extracted drug; d) at least partly removing the eluent, thereby obtaining a thick extract; e) redissolving the thick extract in water; f) separating insoluble components; and g) selectively enriching secondary plant contents by means of i. two-phase extraction or ii. membrane filtration. The application also relates to the extract obtained in this manner, to pharmaceutical preparations containing said extract, and to the use thereof.
