PURPOSE: A device for preventing the distribution of malicious codes through web-hard site monitoring and P2P(Peer-to-Peer) and a DDoS(Distributed Denial of Service) preventing method thereof are provided to continuously search, analyze, and identify a management target and a malicious code distribution site URL and continuously update and distribute a malicious code distribution site URL(Universal Resource Locator) list and a new management target URL list. CONSTITUTION: A collecting unit(210) receives a classified target URL list and an unclassified URL list from user panels. A management target updating unit(220) sorts a new prevention target URL list which is not previously registered from the unclassified URL list. A distribution target updating unit(230) queries whether a URL included in the new prevention target URL list is a malicious code distribution site URL or not to confirmation sites(100). A distribution unit(240) distributes a list of malicious code distribution site URLs having validity.
