PURPOSE: An offshore structure and a construction method thereof are provided to easily salvage the offshore structure to the land as a cross-section size is reduced by pre-stressing. CONSTITUTION: An offshore structure comprises more than three column members(100) and a plurality of horizontal members(200). The column members and horizontal members are formed by concrete materials, and tendons strain along the longitudinal direction of the horizontal member. The horizontal members are installed between the column members so that the column members are placed at predetermined intervals. The horizontal members are mounted on the column members. |
