TOUCH PANEL TYPE SIGNAL INPUT DEVICE

PURPOSE: A signal input device of a touch panel type is provided to move the signal input device and perform manipulation with a hand by inputting various kinds of signals with a finger. CONSTITUTION: A first sensing unit(222) senses a drag direction or a direction of applied external force. A second sensing unit(224) divides the size of the external force or touch pressure of drag into two or more pressure sections to sense the same. A signal allocated to the pressure sections is generated by determining the pressure sections including the size of the external force or the touch pressure. The pressure sections include a first and a second pressure sections. A pointer moving signal is allocated to the first pressure section and a click signal is allocated to the second pressure section.
