The fence (10) has a set of units (1) binding with each other. Each unit is composed of two uprights (11, 12) intended to be placed in contact with ground. Cross-pieces extend between the uprights, and are equipped with fixing units for fixing an occulting or semi-occulting element on the unit. The unit comprises a container (14) i.e. rectangular shaped vat, placed between the uprights at a lower end of the unit. The fixing units are hooks that are regularly distributed along length of the cross-pieces. The occulting or semi-occulting element is a lattice (19) and a full panel (25).
