PURPOSE: A radiation shielding material and a printed circuit board inspection device including the same are provided to prevent radiation leakage to a connection part of the radiation shielding material and a collimator by installing led-rubber on the outside of the radiation shielding material. CONSTITUTION: A printed circuit board inspection device includes a main body with a table, and an X-ray generator(200) emitting X-rays to a printed circuit board by being installed on the table. The printed circuit board inspection device is composed of a detector receiving X-rays and a display outputting image information outputted at the detector. A collimator(500) for limiting the direction and diffusion of X-rays is formed on an X-ray emitter of the X-ray generator. A radiation shielding material(600) is installed on the collimator.
