PURPOSE: A retaining wall structure for a cut portion is provided to remarkably improve assemblability and water tightness between blocks of a retaining wall panel. CONSTITUTION: A retaining wall structure for a cut portion is comprised as follows. A penetration type joint groove(11) is formed in the center of a retaining wall panel(10) so that the tension portion(21) of an anchor body(20) can be embedded therein. The tension portion of the anchor body is coupled to a base plate(32) through a C-shaped through hole(31) using an assembling nut(32-2). The base plate has a cross screw bolt(32-1) for angle adjustment. The tension portion of the anchor body coupled to the base plate and comprises an opening and closing groove(11-2). An insert type PC head cap(40) is inserted into the opening and closing groove.
