PURPOSE: An LED fluorescent light indirectly emitting light is provided to rapidly radiate heat from an LED to the outside by using an LED substrate holder molded by a magnesium alloy board. CONSTITUTION: An LED substrate(2) includes a plurality of LEDs(21) mounted at regular intervals. The LED substrate is respectively fixed to one or two LED substrate installation boards(11). A reflective film(7) is attached on the surface which focuses light of LED among the inner surface of an LED substrate holder(1). The reflective film reflects the light from the LED to a light passing part of the LED substrate holder. A light transmissive film(3) transmits light to be directly emitted from the LED or reflected from the reflective film. A socket fixing means(4) is provided to detachably install a socket(5).
