The device has a flexible material body to form a plate type flat surface (1) at rest state, where the body is folded into two parts. An orifice is formed in the flat surface to receive a rotary air circulation system for allowing cooking at high temperature, where the flat surface is encircled by double edges. Side wings (2) close sides of the device during folding, and increase containment surface of the device in closed position. A plastic bar (3) is slid (4) along the double edges that are joined during closing of the device, to assure hermetic closing (5) of the device.
