<p>Recycling or renovating a floor pavement using regeneration binder comprising at least one compound based on natural fats comprising hydrocarbon fatty chains, is claimed, where the natural fats have undergone at least one chemical functionalization reaction having introduced of at least one oxygenated functional group. Independent claims are included for: (1) regenerative binder comprising at least 50 wt.% of compound based on natural fats, including hydrocarbon fatty chains, 1-30 wt.% of bitumen, preferably comprising bitumens of grade 10/20 or 20/30, 0-10 wt.% of additives, preferably comprising modifiers such as polymers, surfactants, pH modifiers; (2) an emulsion of regenerative binder comprising 500-900 kg/t of regenerative binder and water for the preparation of tonnes of emulsion; and (3) an embedded hydrocarbon for road surface comprising aggregates, a hydrocarbon binder and optionally additives, where the coated hydrocarbon comprises at least 80 wt.% of embedded aggregates, 0.1-2 wt.% regeneration binder, and 0-15 wt.% of additives.</p> |
