<p>A manufacturing process of a basket for washing machine is disclosed, comprising the following steps: formation of a cylindrical basket (1) from a perforated sheet metal (10), by joining the ending edges (12), in such a way to form a longitudinal junction (G), and expansion of said cylindrical basket (1) by means of stressing beyond the material yield point, in such a way to obtain an expanded basket (100) having the desired shape. During expansion, an area of the basket around the junction (G) is tightened in such a way that the expansion of the basket does not affect the junction (G).</p> |
