PURPOSE: An emergency arm band is provided to conveniently and quickly inform emergency situations to other people by organically coupling a cover and a body and having a simple structure as safety supplies. CONSTITUTION: An emergency arm band comprises a spring(17), a gas injection part(16), a pressure container(15), a straw(13), a balloon(12), and an insulation material(14). The spring and the insulation material are attached to a cage of a body. The straw is formed by reinforced plastics and is coupled to a gas injection part in a state of being covered by the balloon. When helium gas is injected through the straw, the gas is filled from the end of the balloon so that the separation of the balloon can be prevented due to sudden air injection. The balloon is formed by a material with high elasticity and intensity.
