The system has a re-injecting device (102) for reinjecting a recycled portion of high pressure gas exiting a heat exchanger (106) such that the recycled portion is fed back through the heat exchanger with a combination of the high pressure gas and liquid natural gas (LNG) supplied to a cold fluid inlet. A sampling device (110) maintains a ratio ranging between 45-55 percent of flow rate of the recycled portion and flow rate of the high pressure gas from a gas collecting device (111) and provides emission gas to a gas transportation and distribution system.
