<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for treating living tissue that can improve the health of tissue-derived cell separated and extracted from living tissue, thus increasing the recovery rate of the tissue-derived cell. <P>SOLUTION: The device 1 for treating living tissue includes: a liquid separation container 2 for separating a liquid component C from a recovery liquid including extracted living tissue B; a digestion container 2 for digesting the living tissue B to thereby produce cell suspension liquid; a cell concentration container 3 for concentrating a tissue-derived cell from the produced cell suspension liquid; a liquid component container 4 for storing at least a part of the separated liquid component C; a pipe 7 for connecting the fluid separation container 2, the assimilation container 2, the cell concentration container 3, and the liquid component container 4 in a liquid-tight state; liquid delivery units 8-12 for transferring the liquid component C and/or the cell suspension liquid between the containers 2-4 via the pipe 7; and a controller 14 for controlling the liquid delivery units 8-12 to supply the liquid component C stored in the liquid component container 4 to one of the digestion container 2 and the cell concentration container 3. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
