<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide inexpensive methods of manufacturing a rolled product of adhesive layer-attached disposable sheet for a toilet seat and a portable adhesive layer-attached disposable toilet seat sheet, to use a printed face of the adhesive layer for the purpose of stably fixing the sheet onto a toilet seat surface as well as using the printed face as an advertising medium of merchandise. <P>SOLUTION: A weak sticky adhesive layer of a belt-shaped transfer sheet, on which the weak sticky adhesive layer is printed in a printing process, is transferred onto an identically sized belt-shaped sheet paper for a toilet seat. After the transfer, the belt-shaped sheet paper for a toilet seat is perforated and taken up on a core member. Then, it is divided into sections for each width of the toilet seat sheet into a rolled product of the toilet seat sheet. Successively, by a similar method, the rolled product of a toilet seat sheet is manufactured having a two-layered structure in which two sheets of belt-shaped toilet seat sheet paper are laminated, with the weak adhesive layer sides stuck together. The rolled product is cut off to manufacture a portable toilet seat sheet, in which no weak adhesive layer is exposed.
