<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a soft conductive material that utilizes an elastomer cross-linked by a hydrosilylation reaction to be difficult to increase electrical resistance thereof even in repeated elongation and contraction of the soft conductive material, and to provide a method for producing the soft conductive material. <P>SOLUTION: A soft conductive material includes: an elastomer cross-linked by a hydrosilylation reaction; and a conductive material filled in the elastomer. The soft conductive material is produced by cross-linking a pre-cross-linking composition, the pre-cross-linking composition including: a polymer material that is cross-linked by a hydrosilylation reaction to form the elastomer; the conductive material that is previously immersed in an organic solvent capable of dissolving a catalyst poison component of a hydrosilylation catalyst and is subsequently washed with the organic solvent; and the hydrosilylation catalyst. The produced soft conductive material contains 0.05 mass% or less of the catalyst poison component providing that the mass of the soft conductive material is 100 mass%. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
