<p>A method for supporting an application client always online. The method includes: establishing a long link between an always online engine (AOE) (101) located in a terminal (10) and an always online gateway (AOG) (20) located on the network side, wherein at least two application clients respectively communicate with one or more application servers (04, 05) via the long link; and, when establishing the long link, a user management server (30) located on the network side providing routing information to the AOE (101), and authentication information to the AOG (20).</p> |
