[Problem] To provide a method for producing an organic electroluminescence panel having a high aperture ratio, and forming organic layers by a coating step. [Solution] The method contains a first step for aligning and distributing a plurality of first electrodes on a substrate, a second step for forming laminates comprising a plurality of stacked organic layers that include a light-emitting layer on the top surface of each of the first electrodes, and a third step for forming an organic electroluminescence element by forming a second electrode on the top of each of the laminates. As first electrodes, the first step uses conductive bodies having angled sections for forming a ridge that surrounds the top surface. The second step includes a step for supplying at least a liquid that contains a light-emitting organic material, is obtained by being discharged from a nozzle to the top organic layer surface, and is supplied in a micro flow form.
