A device for alternating current physical quantity measurement and data collection and a method for same. The device comprises an analog sample channel, used for inputting the alternating current and outputting an analog sampling value; a sampling switch, used for re-sampling so as to obtain the data frequency needed by the receiving side; a register, used for storing the re-sampling value from the sampling switch; a bus, used for outputting the re-sampling value in the register to the receiving side; a timing controller, used for controlling the analog sample channel and the re-sampling frequency of the sampling switch; and a digital low-pass filter, used for filtering a high frequency component in the sampling value, wherein the input of the digital low-pass filter is connected with the analog sampling value output by the analog sample channel, the output of the digital low-pass filter is connected with the sampling switch, and the cut-off frequency of the digital low-pass filter should be smaller than 0.5 times the re-sampling frequency of the sampling switch. The invention also provides a corresponding method. The invention improves the remote measurement accuracy of the physical quantity of electricity, and not only outputs a waveform value through re-sampling, but also outputs an effective value, a steady-state value, a fundamental wave effective value and steady-state value, and a harmonic wave effective value and steady-state value, so that multiple requirements of the receiving side for remote measurement data can be met. |
