The lower body (110) comprises an cone-shaped body portion (111), which is reversed and formed so as to be integrally connected to the lower body (110), a lower annex coupling portion (112) having a long cylindrical shape, and an upper annex coupling portion (113) having a short cylindrical shape, wherein the cone-shaped body portion (111) is provided with a buried cone surface (111a), which completely fits inside the fixture, and an exposed cone surface (111b), which is completely exposed to the outside of the fixture.
