PURPOSE: A device being installed in an inlet of a water pump, for discharging pumped water and additives together is provided to insert a liquid microorganism and a fertilizer at the same time of pumping, thereby solving time and economic problems. CONSTITUTION: A device for discharging pumped water and additives together comprises a liquid discharge shaft(40), an additive control valve(70), and an additive liquid storage box(80). The liquid discharge shaft is inserted into a water pump suction pipe(90). An additive hose is joined to the liquid discharge shaft. When a water pump(60) is rotated, water flows in the suction pipe and a pressure difference is generated in an end portion of the liquid discharge shaft by the velocity to the suction pipe and a fluid stored in the liquid discharge shaft is suctioned.
