摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing device, a radiographic image capture system, an image processing program, and an image processing method that allow a user to efficiently interpret tomographic images in which an object of interest is imaged. <P>SOLUTION: The image processing device 50 generates tomographic images at a tomographic image generating section 66. A two-dimensional image is acquired by the radiographic image capture device 10 and is displayed on the display device 80. The image processing device receives a specification of a region of interest or position of interest including an object of interest, which is specified by a user on the two-dimensional image displayed on the display device 80. Then an image analyzing section 68 associates the received region of interest or position of interest with the tomographic images and sets the associated regions to be corresponding regions or corresponding positions. The image analyzing section 68 performs image analysis on the image of the region of interest or position of interest, and the images of the corresponding regions or corresponding positions, and detects images of the corresponding regions that are similar to the image of the region of interest.
