<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light-weight recycled tile carpet that is made lightweight, excellent in dimensional stability and warpage performance, and can fully contribute to global environmental protection. <P>SOLUTION: In the tile carpet 1, a surface pile layer 2, a plurality of packing layers 3 made of a resin composition, and a reinforcing layer 4 are laminated, at least one packing layer is a long sheet-like object which is obtained by powder-spraying recycled resin composition obtained by pulverizing carpet wastes containing vinyl chloride resin on a continuously running releasable belt, pressurizing the composition after heating, and molding the composition with a specific gravity of not more than 1.5. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
