<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information display device with touch panels provided on a double side display screen, capable of improving movement operability of an object on the display screen by a contact operation to the double side touch panel, and to provide an information display method and a program for implementing them by a computer. <P>SOLUTION: In an information display device, when a contact position on a front touch panel, a contact position on a rear touch panel, and a position of an object stored in a storage unit 203 are within a predetermined range, a changing unit 207 changes a form of the object, information in the storage unit 203 is updated on the basis of the change, and a display unit 204 displays the object in the changed form on a display screen.
