RESIN SOLUTION FOR PROCESSING RUBBER, RUBBER COMPOSITION FOR TIRE, AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING PNEUMATIC TIRE USING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin solution for processing a rubber and a rubber composition for a tire, which achieve a high hardness without deteriorating the elongation at break of a tire, and can be improved in the uneven wear resistance; and to provide a method for manufacturing a pneumatic tire using the same.

SOLUTION: The resin solution for processing a rubber is prepared by dissolving a novolac phenolic resin having a softening temperature of ≥84°C in an organic solvent. The rubber composition for a tire is prepared by blending 100 pts.mass of a dienic rubber with 0.1 to 30 pts.mass of the resin solution for processing a rubber in terms of the mass of the novolac phenolic resin, and 0.1 to 15 pts.mass of a hardener. The method for manufacturing a pneumatic tire includes a step of vulcanizing and molding the rubber composition for a tire.
