<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for obtaining pseudofructose from sugarcane molasses alcohol fermentation distillation residues and muscovado alcohol fermentation distillation residues, which are used only for feed and fertilizer, specifically, to provide a method for obtaining high-purity pseudofructose in high yield from a fraction of molecular cutoff 180 or higher obtained from the sugarcane molasses alcohol fermentation distillation residues and the muscovado alcohol fermentation distillation residues. <P>SOLUTION: In the method for obtaining pseudofructose, pseudofructose is obtained from the sugarcane molasses alcohol fermentation distillation residues and/or the muscovado alcohol fermentation distillation residues by performing membrane treatment using a nanofiltration membrane or an ultrafiltration membrane. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
