<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a lens barrel and an imaging apparatus speedily carrying out a collapsing action wherever a photographing lens system exists in a photographing region by driving the photographing lens system by electrical power in a storage region and driving manually in a photographing region. <P>SOLUTION: The imaging apparatus includes: a switching operation member for switching between a storage state and a photographing capable state; a power transmission mechanism for moving the photographing lens system between the photographing region and the storage region by electrical power; and a power intermittent mechanism for connecting and disconnecting power transmission by the power transmission mechanism. In this case, the power intermittent mechanism includes a manual operation member for disconnecting power transmission when the photographing lens system is brought out to the photographing region by an operation of the switching operation member and manually moving the photographing lens system when the power transmission is disconnected by the power intermittent mechanism. In addition, the electrical power generates power going toward a storage side and the power intermittent mechanism transmits the power so that the switching operation member can switch to the storage side when the photographing lens system is in the photographing region. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
