<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of automatically forming a wrapped food product which includes the step of folding a noodle sheet, the method providing means for preventing the deformation of the folded part of the noodle sheet, not interfering with a shaping operation in a post-step, securing a stable formability, and thus obtaining an uniform formed shape without any corruption. <P>SOLUTION: The method of forming a wrapped food product by putting ingredient materials 2 on the noodle sheet 1 and mechanically wrapping the ingredient materials 2 with the noodle sheet 1, includes attaching a liquid agent for softening the noodle sheet to a surface of the noodle sheet 1 in a developed state along the crease formed in the folding step, in a step prior to the step of folding a noodle sheet 1. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
