<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat-generating sheet which promotes penetration of a medicine into skin, and enables a user to have good feeling by heat generation in using the sheet. <P>SOLUTION: The heat-generating sheet to be used by impregnating itself with a medicine containing water includes: a sheet body formed in such a way that a heat-generating composition for generating heat by oxidation in the presence of air is sealed in a bag having ventilation, and an adhesive layer for pasting the sheet to a human body.
