<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manipulation device which manipulates a target cell with high efficiency. <P>SOLUTION: A tip part 36 being a part to be manipulated is approximated to an object to be manipulated by a Z drive unit 44 as an approximating section.
