<p>In the present invention, a parent HeNB (100) is provided with: an operator network communication function unit (110) for communicating with an EPC, an HeMS, etc. of operator networks (20 and 30); an operator network proxy function unit (120) which operates as a proxy for an SeGW, an EPC, and an HeMS of the operator networks (20 and 30) for a clone HeNB (200); a parameter management function unit (130) for managing parameter information used for a clone HeNB (200); and an identifier conversion function unit (140) for converting identifiers of messages and user data when performing communication between the clone HeNB (200) and apparatuses of the operator networks (20 and 30). The clone HeNB (200) treats the parent HeNB (100) as an apparatus of the operator networks (20 and 30) in order to perform communication.</p> |
