The magnet (1) has a rod-shaped ferromagnetic core (2) which is wound with energizable coil, and two permanent magnets (4,5). A movable armature (6) is fixed co-linear with respect to the ferromagnetic core. The armature is arranged partially gripping the exterior of the core.
