<p>The invention relates to a system for driving a bridge crane (P), said bridge crane (P) including: a mobile structure moving over fixed driving paths via end trucks and rail wheels; and a mobile carriage guided on said structure and supporting a hoisting winch, the assembly comprising a steering-control means. The system according to the invention further comprises a control housing including a motion sensor, and a means for determining the orientation of said control housing (10) relative to the bridge crane (P), as well as a lookup table for associating a movement imparted to the control housing (10) by a user (U), said movement being detected by the motion sensor, with a steering control for the steering-control means, such that said bridge crane can implement said steering control.</p> |
