This mobile body navigation device is provided with: a user input device (9) for inputting a destination and an estimated time of arrival at the destination; a sojourn time receiver (17a) for receiving an estimated sojourn time at a place, which is estimated on the basis of probe information; a display device (8) for displaying information concerning transit point candidates as transit point candidates for places where the estimated sojourn time is received by the sojourn time receiver (17a), and the estimated sojourn times thereof; and a transit point selection unit (15) for selecting transit points that consume slack time with respect to the estimate time of arrival at the destination, from among the transit point candidates displayed on the display device (8), on the basis of an instruction from a user.
