<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize service of a data broadcasting content capable of linking with an AV content of a program without providing a band for broadcasting the data broadcasting content in a broadcast band of digital television broadcast. <P>SOLUTION: Fig. 6 shows a position where trigger information is stored in a PCR packet. The PCR packet means that a PCR is stored in adaptation _field of a TS packet. Trigger information (TriggerInfo_descriptor) is stored in transport_private_data_byte which comes after the PCR. In addition, when the trigger information is stored, transport_private_data_flag of Various_flags which is provided before the PCR is set to 1.
