<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packing device that can prevent body bulging of a side surface of an outer packing material in vertically stacked, stacking storage in a warehouse, etc. <P>SOLUTION: The packing device includes: a pair of packing supports engaged with right and left sides of an object to be packed, which support the object to be packed in a predetermined position in a packing; and the exterior material formed by bending a single board made of a bendable material and wound around along the outer periphery of the pair of the packing supports for constituting upper, lower, front and rear four surfaces of the packing. A front step part and a rear step part recessed downward from the upper surface are arranged on a front end and a rear end of the upper surface in the pair of the packing supports.
