<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently support on the aspect of quality of manufacturing an electric circuit in an electric circuit manufacturing line. <P>SOLUTION: A working condition change in a substrate operation is recognized according to working machine-related information including information related to at least one of an operation executed by a substrate operating machine and a procedure applied to the substrate operating machine in the substrate operation (154). Operation portions, at which the operation condition change might give influences on a working quality, are specified and at least one of the operation portions is identified as a monitoring object portion (156). Among comparing data including at least one of operation-dependent acquisition data acquired depending on the operation of the substrate operation machine and check data by a checking machine that checks operation results, data relating to a circuit board, to which the substrate operation is applied before the recognized operation condition change, is compared with data relating to the circuit board, to which the substrate operation is applied after the operation condition change, so as to determine a change of the operation quality at the monitoring object portion (158). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
