<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flow control valve capable of improving operational stability of a valve element, and capable of increasing a maximum flow rate by reducing flowing resistance of fluid. <P>SOLUTION: This PCV valve 40 includes a case 42 provided with a gas passage 55, a valve body 60 arranged in the gas passage 55 so as to be capable of advancing-retreating, and a spring 72 for energizing the valve body 60 in the retreating direction. A guide unit GF for guiding the valve body 60 is arranged between the case 42 and the valve body 60. The guide unit GF is provided with a cylindrical part 45 of the case 42, a shaft part 64 of the valve body 60, and a plurality of guide projections 66 radially arranged in the cylindrical part 45 and slidingly contacting with the shaft part 64.
