<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a massage mechanism pressing and stimulating a user in a complex manner for increasing massage effect, and to provide a massage apparatus with the same. <P>SOLUTION: The massage mechanism 1 has a massage ball for pressing and stimulating the user's body. The massage mechanism includes: an electric motor 2; a rotary table 3 rotatably driven about a first shaft 7 by the electric motor 2; a second shaft 4 rotatably supported at a position eccentric from the first shaft 7 of the rotary table 3 in a manner to be parallel with the first shaft 7; and a massage ball-supporting table 5 rotatably supported on the second shaft 4 and having at least one massage ball M on the upper surface.
