<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrain overshoot or undershoot more inexpensively than addition of a notch filter. <P>SOLUTION: A surface mounted pulse transformer 10 comprises: a winding core part 11a; and wires S1, S2 bifilar-wound around the winding core part 11a by plural turns. A relative position of the wires S1, S2 at least in one turn (turn A1, A2) is reversed compared to the other turns. Thereby, the reverse turn is provided to increase a leakage magnetic flux, so that overshoot or undershoot can be restrained.
