<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide information for assisting in determining the placement positions of gas detectors in an area to be detected. <P>SOLUTION: A distribution simulation is executed for gas leaks in a leakage assumption position (discharge point) under each of a plurality of conditions, and concentration distribution of the gas is obtained.
