<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle body carrier in a vehicle assembly line, which can be used for a means for supplying a door to a door assembly area. <P>SOLUTION: A door conveying means 8 conveys a door D horizontally from a door housing part 7A arranged below a carrier 1 for carrying a vehicle body B to a raising position of a side part of the carrier 1, and vertically raises the door in the raising position. The door conveying means includes: a laterally moving table 17 supported so as to move horizontally and laterally between the door housing part 7A and the raising position; a door support 18 pivotally supported on the laterally moving table 17 between a horizontal state and a raised state so as to be raised or rocked; and a cam driven roller 47a provided in the door support 18. On the side of a traveling path of the carrier 1, a cam rail 49 is arranged to raise the door support 18 located in the raising position together with the laterally moving table 17, via the cam driven roller 47a, when the carrier 1 moves. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
