<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating apparatus enabling rapid intermittent coating and coating to the whole area of the material to be coated. <P>SOLUTION: The liquid coating apparatus for coating a liquid to a coating object, using a nozzle that has a suction port of a gas, and also has a plurality of irregularities existing on a wall surface on the suction port side or a part with nonconstant wettability provided on the wall surface on the suction port side, intensifies the suction in a coating terminal to cause the coating liquid to selectively wet up on the nozzle wall surface, thereby generating a plurality of small cracks in a bead. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
