<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an AD conversion device and a signal processing system that significantly improve an AD conversion characteristic of a dynamic range limited by a distortion. <P>SOLUTION: The AD conversion device includes: a first AD converter for converting an analog signal to a digital signal; a second AD converter for converting the analog signal multiplied by a coefficient α to a digital signal; a first nonlinearity compensation section for compensating a nonlinear distortion of a first output signal of the first AD converter in accordance with a control variable signal; a second nonlinearity compensation section for compensating a nonlinear distortion of a second output signal of the second AD converter in accordance with the control variable signal; and a nonlinearity detection section for estimating a curvature dependent on a signal strength of the input analog signal on the basis of a difference between the first signal by the first nonlinearity compensation section and the second signal by the second nonlinearity compensation section regarding a nonlinear distortion as a curvature, and outputting a control variable signal generated so as to cancel the curvature portion to the first nonlinearity compensation section and the second nonlinearity compensation section. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
