<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide collective housing for which a storeroom can be installed for each of all or a plurality of dwelling units, thereby allowing improvement in aesthetic appearance without causing accumulation of garbage in a gap between a bottom of a floor framework of a balcony on the first floor and the ground and without allowing the gap to be used as storage space for disused articles, while eliminating the need to place a fence in front of the balcony for disguising undesirable appearance. <P>SOLUTION: Multistoried collective housing such as a condominium or an apartment house is provided in which a storeroom for each of all or a plurality of dwelling units is installed so as to cover an outer wall member of a balcony on the first floor portion or of a portion below an exterior corridor and cover a lower portion of the balcony on the first floor portion or a lower portion below the exterior corridor. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
