<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To select a dynamic picture image suitable for the reproduction speed among a plurality of dynamic picture images captured simultaneously at different frame rates, and to reproduce the dynamic picture image that is selected. <P>SOLUTION: The display frame rates(display fps) of a plurality of dynamic picture image data captured simultaneously at different frame rates are calculated, and one of the dynamic picture image data having a display frame rate equal to or higher than a threshold is selected as the dynamic picture image data to be displayed. When there are a plurality of dynamic picture image data having a display frame rate equal to or higher than a threshold, the dynamic picture image data having a lowest display frame rate is selected as the dynamic picture image data to be displayed.
