<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive membrane hardly causing deterioration and loss of a function due to deformation. <P>SOLUTION: A conductive membrane includes a conductive fine particle-containing layer containing conductive fine particles, and causes no cracks in the conductive fine particle-containing layer when stretched by 10%. The conductive fine particle-containing layer is a compression layer of conductive fine particles obtained by compressing a conductive fine particle-containing coating film formed on a support, and the compression layer of the conductive fine particles is a conductive membrane obtained without including a resin or with including less than 25 by volume of a resin with respect to 100 of the volume of the conductive particles, when compressed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
