<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixation device which prevents a toner or the like scattered by laser irradiation from attaching to a laser irradiation part so as to achieve stable fixability even after fixation to many sheets, and an image formation device having the same. <P>SOLUTION: A laser irradiation part 15a is composed of a laser head 18 and a concave lens 55 as an optical component. The concave lens 55 is disposed in the vicinity of the laser head 18. A cover 60 with a plurality of holes 61 linearly arranged corresponding to laser elements 41 for passing laser beams through between the concave lens 55 and a recording medium 30 fed to a laser fixation part 19. The hole 61 of the cover 60 has a size only large enough for the laser beam 56 to pass through, so that the large portion of toner scattered by laser irradiation can be blocked.
