<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a temperature sensor and its manufacturing method which can reliably fix a conductive wire arranged in an insulating member using a fixing member such as cement. <P>SOLUTION: An end of a first conductive wire 23 is connected to a thermistor element. A rear end 232 of the first conductive wire 23 is connected to an end 351 of a second conductive wire 35. The second conductive wire 35 extends in the shaft line direction inside a pore 411 formed in an insulating tube 41. A notch 42 is formed at an end of the insulating tube 41. A junction 38 where the first conductive wire 23 and the second conductive wire 35 are connected to each other is positioned at the notch 42. A fixing member 48 is provided in the notch 42.
