<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an insect pest control composition which contains a food or a food additive as a main ingredient and exhibits the quick effectivity of insect control effect and excellent capturing effect. <P>SOLUTION: The insect pest control composition is characterized by comprising the following (a), (b) and (c), wherein the sum [a+b] of the contents of the ingredients a and b is 0.1-15 mass% based on the total amount of the composition; the mass ratio [a/b] of the ingredients a and b is 1/2-4/1; the content of the ingredient c is 60-99.5 mass% per the total amount of the composition. (a) Sorbitan polyoxyethylene monolaurate; (b) a fatty acid glyceride wherein the carbon number of the acyl group is 8-12, and the content of the monoglyceride is ≥85 mass% based on the total amount of the ingredient; (c) one or more aqueous kinds of solvents selected from water, ethanol, propanol, and propylene glycol. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
